An independent clinic, built to be easy to understand.
Medical cannabis is legally prescribable in Greece, and for the people it suits it can make a real difference. Getting to it, though, still asks more of a patient than it should — knowing where to begin, finding a doctor with the time, and understanding what is actually being decided along the way.
We built The High Clinic to take that difficulty out of the way without taking the medicine less seriously. A conversation you can have at your own pace, at whatever hour suits you. A licensed doctor who reads it properly and tells you plainly where they stand, including when the answer is no. And a prescription that arrives the ordinary Greek way, through the national system.
We are independent, and the doctor treating you chooses a product on clinical grounds and nothing else.
Our principle
Custodian, not miner.
What you tell a doctor
Encrypted, kept as your medical record, and shown only to you and the doctor treating you. It is never used for our analytics, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who you broadly are
Age band, language, region. Aggregated so we can see whether the clinic is working — how many people we saw, how many were helped, where the process breaks.
Your ΑΜΚΑ or passport
Used for the prescription and nothing else, held for as short a time as the law allows. Your ΑΜΚΑ is optional on your profile.
These three things are kept apart on purpose. Our own dashboards can see the second and third and cannot see the first — which means nobody here can read what you told your doctor in order to find a business insight in it.
What we are, precisely
A connective layer, and nothing more.
We do not prescribe
Prescriptions are issued by independently licensed doctors, through their own Η.ΔΙ.Κ.Α. credentials, at their own clinical discretion. We have no ability to issue one and no say in whether one is issued.
We do not dispense
We hold no stock, sell no product and take no payment for medicine. What you are charged by us is a consultation fee.
