The ledger is mandatory, and here's why
After a charged case, you record the producer, the product, the prescription number and the quantity. It is four fields and about twenty seconds. It is also the entire basis on which the clinic is paid, so the system will not give you a new patient while you have 3 completed cases sitting unlogged.
