The agreement between you and us.

The High Clinic is a platform that connects you to independently licensed doctors. We are not a prescriber. We do not practise medicine, we do not issue prescriptions, and we have no ability to overrule or influence a doctor's clinical decision.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Starting an intake does not entitle you to a prescription, and a doctor declining to prescribe is a normal and legitimate outcome. Medical cannabis is not suitable for everyone and carries real risks, including for people with a history of psychosis, certain heart conditions, and during pregnancy.

This service is not for emergencies. If you need urgent help, call 166 or go to your nearest emergency department.

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to collect a prescription from a pharmacy in Greece. You must give accurate information during the intake — an inaccurate medical history is the single thing most likely to cause you harm here, and it also ends your use of the service.

An intake session is a guided conversation followed by review from a licensed doctor. If you are inactive for more than 15 minutes the session closes automatically and is recorded as incomplete; nothing is charged and you may start another at any time. Doctors handle a limited number of live sessions at once, so there may occasionally be a wait.

The consultation fee depends on the kind of consultation you choose, and the price is shown to you before that consultation begins. It is charged only after a doctor has confirmed they will issue a prescription. It covers the consultation and the issuing of the prescription. It does not cover the medicine, which you pay for at the pharmacy. Payments are processed by Stripe or Viva Wallet. If you were charged and no prescription was issued, contact us and we will refund the fee.

Prescriptions are issued by the treating doctor through the Greek national e-prescription system (Η.ΔΙ.Κ.Α.) using their own credentials, and are subject to Greek law on controlled substances. The product prescribed is chosen by the doctor. We cannot amend, extend or reissue a prescription; a repeat requires a new consultation.

Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. Your consultation history belongs to you and remains available in your account. You may close your account at any time, subject to the retention duties described in the privacy policy.

Giving a false medical history, impersonating someone else, attempting to obtain a prescription for a third party, abusive behaviour toward a doctor or our staff, or attempts to interfere with the platform's security.

We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for the clinical decisions of independent doctors, for the availability or price of any medicine at a pharmacy, or for the operation of the national e-prescription system. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
