The consultation
One charge, at one moment, and only if the answer is yes.
You are charged after a doctor has read your case and confirmed they will issue a prescription — never before. Up to that point, nothing you do on this site can cost you money.
What it costs depends on how you want to be seen. A written consultation is the cheapest way, and speaking to a doctor directly costs more. You pick when you begin, and the price for each is written next to it there.
Included
- The full intake conversation, however long it takes
- A licensed doctor reading your case and deciding
- Any follow-up questions the doctor needs to ask
- The prescription itself, issued through Η.ΔΙ.Κ.Α.
- Delivery to your phone or your email
Not included
- The medicine itself — that is paid for at the pharmacy
- Repeat prescriptions, which are a new consultation
- Treatment for anything other than the case you brought
How you pay
All payments are processed by Stripe or Viva Wallet, between them taking Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay — Greek cards and cards from anywhere else alike.
What the medicine costs
That is set by the pharmacy and the product, not by us, and it varies. Your doctor will tell you what they are prescribing so you can ask before you commit to it.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged and no prescription was issued, write to us and we will refund it. That is not a policy we plan to need often, but it should exist.
